SIVA the ANIMAL and TYRANT.

This week was pretty eye-opening... There wasn't a day where I didn't see a new bomb on the streets! Visiting us here in the islands, SIVA came through to drop some heavy bizness! Blessing walls night and day, this nigga is a true ANIMAL. As I promised in the post below, here's some shit SIVA did while he was out here... Damn, this TYRANT holds it down for the AF fam!

AF Prody!

Linked up with AF brother SIVA today who's visiting from Utah. This guys a beast! I think I'll post a few flicks of some of the craziness he's blessed Hawaii with while he's been down here... Anyways, after I picked him up, we managed to catch up with Block and Ketol to work out some funk at a spot. Got a little AF prody goin as soon as we got passed all the minor setbacks (long story)... Halfway through, Halo, Hert, and Shaka rolled by to try and cook up something of their own. Came across a lot of dope shit at the spot, including some freshness by Katch, Skew, Sufer, Toro, Kiros, and Deter. Saw some other crazy things like dragonflies fighting and copters circling. Annnd, if I recall correctly, a few of the homies (not mentioning names) happened to eat shit on some slippery moss... lol. What a beautiful day.

My 24K homie Hert got some dope shit in his book! I was flipping through it and came across the illest Shaka bookwork I've ever seen! Below is a picture of it along with a sketch I did for him in May... I hope I'll get a chance to flick more of what's in his book so I can post more later...

Reck, Soker, Block...

Got a chance to uncover some buried treasure today! Kicked it with Uncle SOKER as we dug up some of his old work from over a decade ago (when he used to write RECK DTS)! We originally had planned a painting day, but the poor weather turned it into a sketching day. While learning some of his own techniques to letter structure, we managed to stumble across a box of his old doodles and artwork. I managed to escape with a few flicks of his old sketchbook as well as some of his more recent tattoo sketch drawings (in the post below). As soon as I saw these, I knew I needed to post them. How often do you get to see where a writer of BLOCK's caliber actually began?! Keep your eyes open for some O.G. tags and shouts (i.e. GETO, ATOR, DESO). Hope you enjoy these bits of history! By the way, make sure to check out SOKER's myspace to see how he's progressed over the years...
